Very caring and professional staff. Always helping and I feel very confident my family member is getting the best care

My Mom, Anne Musick, was transferred to Venta Care in March. After settling into “Full Care” facility I asked if we could FaceTime every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Miranda and her team have been so accommodating and patient with setting up this special visiting time between Mom and I. Being able to see and speak with my Mom brings me such relief and happiness! I live in BC so distance is between us. Just to know she’s in the best care and the people around her are genuinely concerned, helpful and responsive to her needs makes my heart smile! Thank you Miranda and Susie and all the staff for your continued care and commitment to my Mom! She really loves you and is very appreciative!
